The wait is almost over!

Our on-site harvest facility passed USDA inspection and we'll begin operating next week.  That means all of our premium ostrich steaks, filets, burgers, and ground are now available for preorder.  We will fulfill our first orders as early as May 31st, as staffing and inventory quantities allow.

What to Expect

Orders will ship on a first-come, first-served basis.  We fulfill meat orders on Mondays (and occasionally Tuesdays), to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in advance of the coming weekend.  The order cutoff for each week's perishable deliveries is typically 8pm Mountain Time Sunday evenings.  All shipments include tracking numbers, we'll let you know when your package is expected to arrive, and we'll also ping you upon delivery to make sure you receive it.

Again, some shipments may go out as early as May 31st.  Please note, however, because we expect a large volume of preorders, and we want to ensure the utmost quality, fulfillment times could be delayed by one or more additional shipping cycles.  We appreciate your patience as we dust off our fulfillment gloves 😉 .
