Each oversized jar contains enough seasoning to make 80 quarter-pound burgers! Our Seasoning is made in small batches and is sealed with a strip indicating batch number, ensuring each jar arrives to you as fresh as the day it was mixed, packed, and sealed.
Blot ground meat with a paper towel to absorb excess moisture and thoroughly knead 1-2 tablespoons of Seasoning into every 1 lb of meat. Grill, pan-fry, or sear to juicy perfection. Great with ostrich (obviously!) beef, chicken, turkey, pork, or lamb burgers.
Each Sample Packet contains 1.5 tablespoons of Seasoning, the entire contents of which should be kneaded into 1 pound of ground meat.
