Collagen bones to create a fantastic soup, stock, or broth - can be used alone or used with our soup "marrow" bones. These kneecap and 'knuckle' bones are softer than soup bones and often have cartilage that helps create a thicker consistency for your broth or soup. Ostrich bones and are packed with natural, beefy (well, ostrichy!) flavor, and tons of nutrients without any added salts or preservatives. Like our other meats and delicacies, ostrich collagen bones can be used in any recipe that calls for beef, bison, or other red-meat livestock. They are cut into convenient ~3-4" pieces and shipped frozen in individual ~2 lb packages.
