2025 Holiday Shipping Notice
As we approach the holiday season, we want to share some important updates regarding our frozen shipping schedule. Carriers adjust their service around major holidays, and the usual surge in holiday demand creates unique challenges for shipments containing perishable items.
This means there is a greater risk of unexpected delays, which we are not willing to take with your products. Ensuring the quality and safety of your orders is our top priority.
No matter your zone, we highly recommend ordering well in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
Your shipping zone will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit payment.
Christmas Delivery Cutoff Dates
Zones 1 & 2
- Order by: Dec 21
Zones 3, 4, & 5
- Standard shipping: order by Dec 14
- Expedited shipping: order by Dec 21
- Orders to Zones 3–5 placed after Dec 14 will be held until Jan 5, unless you choose expedited shipping.
New Year’s Delivery Cutoff Dates
Zones 1 & 2
- Order by: Dec 21
- Orders to Zones 1 & 2 placed after Dec 21 will be held until Jan 5.
- Expedited shipping options are not available for Zones 1 & 2.
Zones 3, 4, & 5
- Standard shipping: order by Sunday, Dec 14
- Expedited shipping: order by Dec 28
- Orders to Zones 3–5 placed after Dec 14 will be held until Jan 5, unless you choose expedited shipping.
