This year, with both Christmas Day and New Year's Day falling on Thursdays, shipping carriers have made significant adjustments to their service schedules. These changes, coupled with the usual surge in holiday demand, have created unique challenges for timely deliveries.

Additionally, most carriers have suspended their service guarantees for nearly all shipping methods during the holiday season. This means there is a greater risk of unexpected delays, which we are not willing to take with your products. Ensuring the quality and safety of your orders is our top priority.

Orders Placed After December 14th, 2025

• Shipping Resumes January 5th, 2025: All frozen meat orders placed after December 14th with standard shipping options will be held and shipped starting January 5th, 2025.

• Barring carrier delays, expedited shipping orders placed by December 21 will arrive by December 24, while expedited orders placed by December 29 will arrive by December 31.

• Reason for the Delay: High holiday demand on shipping carriers can result in extended transit times. To ensure your frozen products arrive in perfect condition, we are pausing shipments during this peak period.
