2026 Holiday Shipping Notice
As we approach the holiday season, we want to share some important updates regarding our frozen shipping schedule. Carriers adjust their service around major holidays, and the usual surge in holiday demand creates unique challenges for shipments containing perishable items.
This means there is a greater risk of unexpected delays, which we are not willing to take with your products. Ensuring the quality and safety of your orders is our top priority.
No matter your zone, we highly recommend ordering well in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
Your shipping zone will be shown during checkout after you enter your shipping address, before you submit payment.
Thanksgiving Delivery Cutoff Dates
Planning to serve ostrich this Thanksgiving? We recommend that all customers order by Sunday, November 15. Ordering early helps avoid holiday shipping delays and allows extra time for your meat to thaw.
Zones 1 & 2
- Final order deadline: Sunday, November 22, 2026
- Shipping date: Monday, November 23
- Estimated delivery: Tuesday, November 24 or Wednesday, November 25, using standard shipping.
Zones 3, 4, & 5
- Standard shipping: Order by Sunday, November 15, 2026.
- Expedited shipping: Orders placed after November 15 for Thanksgiving delivery must select 2-Day or Next Day shipping at checkout. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and transit times.
- Orders placed after November 15 without an upgraded shipping option will be held until Monday, November 30.

Christmas Delivery Cutoff Dates
Zones 1 & 2
- Final order deadline: Sunday, December 20, 2026
- Orders will ship Monday, December 21, using standard service for estimated delivery Tuesday or Wednesday.
Zones 3, 4, & 5
- Standard shipping: Order by Sunday, December 13, 2026.
- Expedited shipping: Order by Sunday, December 20, 2026 and select 2-Day or Next Day shipping at checkout.
- Orders placed after December 13 without an upgraded shipping option will be held until Monday, January 4, 2027.
New Year's Delivery Cutoff Dates
Zones 1 & 2
- Final order deadline: Sunday, December 20, 2026
- Orders placed after December 20 will be held until Monday, January 4, 2027.
- Expedited shipping options are not available for Zones 1 & 2.
Zones 3, 4, & 5
- Standard shipping: Order by Sunday, December 13, 2026.
- Expedited shipping: Order by Sunday, December 27, 2026 and select 2-Day or Next Day shipping at checkout.
- Orders placed after December 13 without an upgraded shipping option will be held until Monday, January 4, 2027.
Important Shipping Reminder
Holiday shipping deadlines are guidelines, not delivery guarantees. Winter weather, carrier volume, and service disruptions can affect delivery times. We strongly recommend ordering early, regardless of your shipping zone. We reserve the right to postpone any shipments that are unlikely to arrive frozen based on real-time carrier delivery estimates.
