If you open the panel and see a 'Join now' button and a 'Sign in' you must log in with the account log in method. Here's how:

• Click the 'Join now' if you don't have an account yet, or click 'Sign in' if you already have an account.
• This will direct you to the either the register page or log in page.
• Enter your email and password on the register page to create an account.
• Or, enter your email and password associated with your account to log in on the account page.

You can earn points within the 'ways to earn' section of your rewards panel. The social media (Like on Facebook, Follow on Instagram, etc) and birthday earning actions need to be taken by clicking directly on the panel. Points for creating an account (sign up), placing an order, and/or writing a product review will be immediately credited to your account provided that you are logged in and using the same email address as your store's account.

To redeem points you'll need to make sure you have an account and that you're logged into your account.

• Open the Rewards panel and select the Ways to Redeem menu.
• Depending on how many points you have, you will see the option to redeem points for rewards.
• Select the reward you'd like to redeem and confirm by clicking the Redeem button.
• You will have the option to copy the reward code to paste in the promo code section during checkout. If you already have items in your cart, the coupon should auto-magically be applied - no copy/paste needed.
• For free items, you must add the item to your cart before applying the coupon.

Rewards must be redeemed by the recipient and are non-transferable. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers. Applies to one-time purchases (not subscription orders).

Free shipping applies to orders over $40.

When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under Your rewards.

To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your account. Then click Your rewards and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply code button to apply it to the cart immediately.

VIP tiers are determined by dollars spent in the calendar year. Meeting the spending threshold guarantees tier eligibility for the current year and the next.

NOTE: Purchases made in 2026 and on will count towards your VIP tier. All prior purchases do not count towards earning a VIP tier. 

You will receive an email when you enter a qualifying tier. The email contains a link to the reward item. Add it to your cart, then retrieve your promo code from the rewards panel that opens when you click the floating rewards button at the bottom of your screen. Add the code at checkout and complete your order.

Access the 'Rewards' floating button on the website and sign in before scrolling to the 'VIP' section. Discover a progress bar at the top showing the required amount for the next tier.

Our VIP tier program runs on a 365-day rolling calendar. Once you reach a tier, your status is maintained for the current and following year. To keep your status in the third year, you must have met the qualification threshold during the course of year two.

Upon reaching the required points for entry into our VIP tiers, you will receive a complimentary gift as a reward. This gift is a one-time offer. Should you exit and re-enter the same tier, the gift will not be issued again.

While you cannot view the details of your earning history under the old program, rest assured that all your unspent points were rolled over into the new program. And the good news is, those points now go even further!
