Fire it up with this collection of our favorite cuts for grilling! Classic cubed kebab meat pairs up with a trio of tender ostrich steaks and succulent fillets that'll make any BBQ buff's mouth water.


Most cuts will thaw in the refrigerator within 24 hours. Once thawed, use within 5 days. Unused, uncooked portions may be refrozen within 3-4 days of thawing.

Need it faster? Submerge sealed package in cold water. Change the water every 30 minutes until fully thawed, approx. 1-3 hours. Use immediately & do not refreeze.

While not recommended, you may thaw in the microwave using the defrost setting (microwave ovens vary; refer to your model’s user manual). Use immediately and do not refreeze.

  • Ostrich Tenderloin (0.75-1.25 lbs) - With a deep red color and smooth texture, the tenderloin is a joy to work with. Cook medium-rare, slice, and serve.
  • Ostrich Inside Strip (0.75-1.25 lbs) - Alongside the fan, the inside strip is the most tender, premium cut available. Sear & serve.
  • Ostrich Steak Strips (1-1.5 lbs, multiple 4-8 oz steaks) - These tender strips of boneless steak weigh between four and eight ounces each, perfect for smaller appetites.

  • Ostrich Filets (12 oz, multiple 2-3 filets) - Expertly portion cut by our in-house butchers, each filet is 4-6oz; the perfect size for an indulgent yet healthy meal.
