Ingredients
Ostrich Steaks
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Chives, minced
2 tbsp Parsley, minced
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
6 tbsp Butter
½ Lemon

Preparation

Place a pan on the stove and set the heat to medium-low.

Add the butter to the pan and allow it to melt completely.

Once the butter has melted, squeeze lemon juice into the pan with the melted butter. Then add in the rest of your ingredients.

Stir the ingredients gently in the pan to mix them together. Continue stirring the ingredients in the pan until they blend into a cohesive mixture. The butter should now be infused with the flavors of the minced ingredients.

Once everything is well combined, set the pan with the Cowboy Butter aside.

Cook your ostrich steaks over a pan/grill with your seasonings of choice (we recommend keeping it simple so the butter can stand out).

Once the steak has reached your desired doneness (we recommend 120-130F), remove from heat.

To enjoy, you can either coat the steaks with the butter or dunk each piece into the butter as you eat.
