Alfredo Sauce

½ cup butter

1 ½ cups heavy cream

2 tsp garlic, minced

½ tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Pat your steak dry to ensure the seasonings stick well. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add butter to a medium skillet and allow to melt over medium-high heat.

Add fresh rosemary, minced garlic, and steak strips to the pan. Sear the steaks for 2 minutes on each side.

Continue cooking ostrich steak strips to your desired level of doneness (we recommend rare - medium rare), then remove to a plate and allow to rest while you prepare the sauce.

Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute.

Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
