Ostrich Necks

Think oxtail or beef short rib, but FAR leaner and much higher in protein as well.  Ostrich neck meat is best slow-cooked in a crockpot or stew and becomes super tender, falling off the bone and shredding like pulled pork.  Cut in convenient 3-4" sections and shipped frozen in individual ~2 lb packages.
