Lemon Pepper Wings

Bigger birds make for bigger wings!  Try THESE on for size at your next party.

Ingredients
2-pounds of ostrich wings (defrost first)
2 cups ostrich bone broth (click here for recipe) or, if you must, beef broth will work too
2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 fresh lemon sliced
4 tbsp butter

Special Kitchen Tools
Pressure cooker or crockpot

Preparation 
Place wings in a pressure cooker or crockpot, along with 2 cups of broth, lemon pepper seasoning, kosher salt, butter, and sliced lemon.  Allow 3 hours of cooking time in a crockpot, or 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. 

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces for fall off the bone ostrich wings.
