Perfect, Simple Street Tacos

These easy street tacos are full of flavor -the perfect addition to any fiesta!

Ingredients
1 Ostrich Top Loin or Ostrich Filets
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 fresh lime
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz cilantro
½ red onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 fresh jalapeno
Corn tortillas (2 per taco)

Place your meat in a bowl or marinating dish and add the oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, lime juice, and garlic. 

If you have the time, allow to marinate for 4 hours or overnight.

Dice onion, cut the lime into wedges, and chop cilantro.

When ready to cook, dice the ostrich and jalapeno.

Heat oil in a stovetop pan.  Add the diced ostrich and jalapeno and cook to your desired doneness.  If you need more spice, add more chili powder. 

Heat the tortillas, add the ostrich,  and top with the diced onion and chopped cilantro.

Serve with fresh lime wedges.
